Bingo Policy

The North Edmonton Wizards Lacrosse Club is a registered not-for profit sports club that relies on parents to support club participation in league play through their involvement in bingos and other club sanctioned fund raising events.

Parents must work two bingos for each registered child.

A deposit in the form of a $100 refundable check is placed for each bingo owed. In the event a parent commits to a bingo and fails to attend the club would cash the check.

The reason the commitments must be kept is the club receives a $100 fine from the bingo association as well as the worker portion deduction from the bingo proceeds. In other words, the club suffers a significant financial penalty for each bingo worker who misses a scheduled event.
